Returning items that received free shipping
If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs which we paid will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. Returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.
Returning items that received a free item with purchase
If you return enough items to fall below the original qualifying amount for the free item (s) you can either return the free item (s) or keep them and purchase them.
New Product Return
Tweedle Bugs Baby Boutique has a 90-Day Money Back Return Policy - Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from TweedleBugs.Com that are returned with a copy of the original sales receipt within 90 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products. It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part. Returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 90 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. This return policy does NOT include clearance, closeout or factory seconds. 30 Satisfaction Guarantee Return Items
- Qualifying products will have the "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Badge" on the product page.
- When you receive the qualifying products, wash them, use them, and try them.
- If you are not completely satisfied return them within 30 days from the day they were delivered to you.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- Any returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date the package was received by you ( this date is the date noted on shipping delivery confirmation or carrier tracking information where applicable)
- Diaper packages should be returned complete. If a package is not returned as complete then the unreturned items will be treated as individual purchases at full retail price when determining your refund. For example if you purchased enough items to qualify for a quantity discount but then return some items so that the quantity discount would no longer apply you would be charged full price for the items which you still have.
- Returns of items which received free shipping will be subject to initial shipping charges.
- If you had received a free gift or promotional item included with your purchase you must return these in new and unused condition.
- Returned diapering products must be washed clean and free from stains, odors, ointments, creams, pet hair and lint.
- Returned items must not be damaged from abuse or improper laundering.
- Items returned after 30 days or items which do not meet the above specifications will not be accepted for a refund.

Used Product Return

All refunds will be subject to 40% restocking fee. We will not refund original shipping charges on returned used items nor are responsible for return shipping fees. It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Used product returns will not be accepted if laundered with bleach or fabric softeners or wool products which have been improperly laundered. Any products returned in a condition not described by customer will be returned to customer at customer's expense.

We do not refund original shipping charges on returned products. It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part. There is a 40% restocking fee on used clearance items returned for refund. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 14 days on the return clearance items.
